investor's limited stay visa application can only be submitted by corporations with PMA guarantor type;
before applying for a visa, make sure the PMA corporation status is active;
if the corporation is still in the form of PMDN, please submit a profile update to the visa sub-directorate; and
ensure that foreign investors who are applied for a limited stay visa by investors have a share value of at least 10 billion rupiah.

Requirements

photocopy of legal and still valid Nationality Passport
1). a minimum of 12 (twelve) months for those who will carry out work in the Indonesian Territory for a maximum of 6 (six) months;
2). a minimum of 18 (eighteen) months for those who will work or stay in the Indonesian Territory for a maximum of 1 (one) year;
3). or a minimum of 30 (thirty) months for those who will work or live in the Indonesian Territory for a maximum of 2 (two) years.
proof of having living expenses for themselves and/or their family while in the Indonesian Territory, a checking account, savings book, or time deposit for the last 3 (three) months belonging to the relevant Foreigner or Guarantor with an amount of at least USD 2000 (two thousand US dollars) or equivalent;
photo, with specifications:
1. colour
2. file format *.JPEG;
3. size 100kb – 200kb;
4. solid white background;
5. photos taken within the last 6 months;
6. not the result of editing or image processing;
proof of insurance ownership in an insurance company with an Indonesian legal entity which includes health financing as long as the foreigner is in the territory of Indonesia

Supporting Requirements

Letter of recommendation from the authorized institution in the field of investment.

Addition Requirements

Proof of having received the full dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
Statement letter that is willing to comply with all applicable health protocols in Indonesia; and
Proof of ownership of health insurance/travel insurance which includes health financing, and/or a statement letter willing to pay independently if affected by COVID-19 while in the Indonesian Territory

Payment Component

- Limited Stay Permit Valid for a maximum period of 6 (Six) Months per application IDR1.500.000
- Limited Stay Permit Valid for a maximum period of 2 (Two) Years per application IDR2.000.000
- Re-entry Permit Valid for a maximum period of 1 (one) Year per application IDR 1.000.000
- Re-entry Permit Valid for a maximum period of 2 (two) Year per application IDR 1.750.000
