Yogyakarta – Yogyakarta Immigration Office continues to enhance public service delivery by providing clear guidance for foreigners on how to update their stay permit data through the official platform https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/

This initiative is part of the Directorate General of Immigration’s ongoing effort to improve accessibility, efficiency, and transparency in immigration services, particularly through digital platforms. Foreigners and their guarantors can now conveniently submit requests for data changes, including passport and address updates, entirely online.

To update passport information, applicants are required to log in using their guarantor account via evisa.imigrasi.go.id, access the “My Application” menu, and select the active stay permit. Through the “Action” feature, users can choose “Change Data” followed by “Change of Passport.” Applicants must ensure that the new passport number and expiry date are manually updated in the system, as failure to do so will result in automatic rejection.

Similarly, for address updates, users can follow the same initial steps and select “Change of Address Data.” It is important to manually update the postal code and full address details, along with any related information, to ensure the application is processed successfully.

The Immigration Office emphasizes that accuracy and completeness of data are essential in every submission. Any inconsistency or incomplete update may lead to rejection, requiring applicants to resubmit their request.
